The team
At the Product Management team we have the mission to enable aligned, reliable and effective products, by supporting the business units through standardization, scalability and innovation.
The Product Management team develops applications that help our colleagues to work more efficiently and that enable them to spend more time on non-repeating fulfilling work. Every action that a colleagues (or client) executes more than once, is an action that we aim to automate or standardize. Operating across multiple business units and countries, the PM team caters for a diverse group of (international) stakeholders, offering a varied and ever evolving place to work.
Your profile
 As a Product Analyst, you will: 
  • Help Product Owners clarify, document and define discrete business and system requirements; 
  • Create, analyze and validate detailed functional specifications together with various (international) business stakeholders; 
  • Contribute to the QA process by creating clear, specific and testable acceptance criteria; 
  • Interact with the development team in planning, execution and shipping of feature requests; 
  • Perform functional and non-functional testing, create test automation plans; 
  • Improve review processes to identify quality issues early.
What you bring to the table?
  • MSc degree, preferably with a technical background; 
  • Creativity in approaching complex problem-solving and troubleshooting tasks; 
  • Good communication skills and technical writing skills; 
  • Business and functional analysis skills: business process modelling, use cases, user stories writing, data modelling, UML design; Experience with Agile is a pre; 
  • Ability to think ahead in order to identify potential risks to systems and to deal with them proactively; 
  • Being willing and motivated to learn; 
  • Fluent in English.
