Your impact and responsibilities
As our Marketing Communication Manager, you will be a key player in our transition from brand awareness to demand generation. Joining our international marketing team during this exciting scale-up phase, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to our transformation and take ownership of initiatives that will fuel our growth. We’re currently implementing HubSpot and preparing our website for demand generation – the perfect moment for you to join and make an impact!

Your responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling marketing materials including client stories, blogs, whitepapers, social media posts, videos, and podcasts for owned and paid media channels.
  • Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging content that increases follower count and boosts interaction.
  • Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and support sales efforts.
  • Website: Create high-quality, customer-focused content for our website that addresses each stage of the buyer’s journey, put it in website templates and have it published
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to create and implement demand-generating campaigns, supporting both account-based and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing colleagues to align efforts and ensure successful demand generation initiatives.

You’ll join a dynamic team of marketing and communication experts spread across Germany, the UK, the Nordics, and our headquarters in Amsterdam. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, and you’ll have the chance to work with colleagues across different markets.
Your profile
We’re looking for a new colleague who:
  • Holds a master’s degree in marketing communication or a related field.
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an international B2B company, ideally in SaaS or HealthTech.
  • Has a hands-on, proactive approach and thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Is fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or German is a bonus.
