Your impact and responsibilities
At LOGEX, our Business Development Managers play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our network. Our solutions are used across Europe and, depending on the country, Logex has anywhere between 20% and 60% market share and access to a solid client base, delivering financial analytics and benchmarking services to support process improvement. 
 
As a result of expansion in Europe we are seeking experienced BDMs to take LOGEX to the next stage within the UK, Germany/Austria/Switzerland, Sweden and/or Benelux/Netherlands.
 
This role will be both a new business and account management role, working closely with both consultants in established clients and actively seeking out new business opportunities.
 
Our Financial Analytics solution is a leading-edge SaaS platform, and it is expected that the successful candidate will have both SaaS and Healthcare sales experience that will be needed to position our products and services.
Your team
Headquartered in Amsterdam and with an international team of over 450 members, LOGEX helps over 1.000 of public and private healthcare providers make data-driven decisions that level up patient outcomes everywhere and make the best possible care more affordable for everyone.
Your profile
  • 5-8 years’ experience in Healthcare or Analytics Sales with Digital solutions selling and/or SaaS experience 
  • Understanding of Public Sector Software procurement processes and how to navigate tender frameworks
  • Established network within the Healthcare sector, i.e. to Hospitals, HC providers, Government organisations, Pharma companies or alike 
  • Solid Track record of success in value selling 
  • C suite understanding of the sector and the strategic drivers within the industry
  • Ability to form strategic partnerships and manage client journeys through a contract
  • Excellent IT user skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce 
 
The role itself has an excellent remuneration and benefits package as would be expected of a multinational organisation. More details can be provided at interview stage
Why LOGEX?
Salary will be agreed with a 60:40 (fixed: variable) commission plan based on achieving set targets. The salary will be commensurate with the experience of the successful candidate and prevalent market conditions
 
The role will be home or office based with travel to sites across Europe when required, you will also be expected to attend meetings in our worldwide headquarters in Amsterdam as and when needed.
