Your impact and responsibilities
As a Service Manager, you are overseeing and responsible for our team delivering value to our pharma and hospital clients, while also ensuring efficient management of operations. You will collaborate closely with the team to uphold and enhance the quality of service, ultimately driving our real-world data business forward and achieving the financial objectives of our company.
  • Enhance and Integrate Professional Services: Contribute to the go-to-market strategies for our life sciences business.
  • Financial Management: Achieve financial targets and maintain budgetary constraints in collaboration with finance and accounting.
  • Define and Deliver Strategic Plans: Align with industry best practices to improve efficiency and drive growth.
  • Manage and Nurture Executive Relationships: Handle executive-level escalations and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Own Operational Metrics: Focus on metrics such as time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and on-time project completion.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Inspire and coach your team, especially senior associates.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Involve in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking financial targets.
  • Contribute to Long-Term Vision: Work with Commerce and P&T to introduce innovations and sustain business growth.
  • Primary Escalation Point: Ensure timely issue resolution and effective stakeholder communication for projects.
  • Develop and Revise Policies: Create and implement Customer Office policies.
  • Align Strategies: Ensure alignment with Company and Customer Office objectives.
  • Create and Promote Service Packages: Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to drive bookings.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and deliver insightful reports to the Executive team with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Your team
The Real World Data team is growing enormously and is in full swing. The team is primarily responsible for gaining insights into the use and effect of (expensive) drugs. In view of the ageing population, a significant increase in drug use and new drugs is expected – and a corresponding increase in costs. In order to keep these rising costs in check, it is essential to have a very clear picture of the exact effect of medicines. The data and dashboards of the Life Sciences team offer a solution for this. The team is a diverse mix of impact-driven individuals with backgrounds in medicine, technology, and analytics.
Your profile
  • 7+ years of experience in leading and managing teams to deliver operational services;
  • 3+ years of experience with a subscription-based business model, delivering on-premises and SaaS solutions;
  • Experience managing technical, cross-functional professional services teams (e.g., consulting, implementation, project management) and delivery partners;
  • Experience in the healthcare, pharma, or hospital sector is a pre;
  • You are a strong planner and have strong communication skills;
  • Result-driven, with a structured way of working and pragmatic flexible mentality.
