What you will be doing as Business Development Manager:

• Responsible for the recruitment and engagement of multiple hospitals in the Netherlands with the aim of expanding our real-world evidence network and building strong relationships with healthcare providers and leading clinicians. 
• Recruit hospitals in a timely manner with an understanding of the process of contracting. 
• Coordinate the RWE strategy and activities across Europe 
• Provide a medical perspective and pharmaceutical knowledge in partnering with hospitals, physicians and scientific organizations, and internal stakeholders, hold peer-to-peer relationships with thought leaders. 
• Deliver repeat business from owned opportunities by commercial oversight of delivery 
• Drive pipeline development by supporting outbound and inbound digital marketing campaigns

You will be part of an International and ambitious team of commercial leads, associates, analysts, and developers that share the mission of creating innovative analytical models that help our customers gain actionable insights into the complexity of their data.

• You have 5-8 + years of relevant work experience 
• You have a relevant network in hospitals and experience on C-suite level 
• You have experience in the contracting process withing hospitals 
• You have a proven record of sales results and a structured way of working 
• You have a pragmatic ‘can-do’ mentality 
• You have a strong drive and want to have an impact on the business 
• You have a commercial mindset and build relationships easily 
• You are fluent in Dutch and English 
• Medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare background is a plus 
• Experience in real world evidence or healthcare analytics is a plus
