We aim to delight customers with seamless project delivery and exceptional support. Our implementation consultants play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable implementation of our software products within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Each project involves a cross-functional Services team, where the implementation consultant bridges the gap between our teams and the customer.
Your impact and responsibilities
- Smooth Implementation Process: Define, document and deliver project work within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. Coordinate with customers to complete all technical project elements and ensure the successful go-live of our solutions.
- Technical Configuration: Configure, test, and release our software. Submit customizable mobile apps to the AppStore (iOS) and PlayStore (Android) as part of our service.
- High-Quality Service: Maintain high standards in service delivery, ensuring first-time-right products, and providing thorough analysis and support to clients.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, making them more efficient and automated, with a continuous focus on scalability. Participate in projects to remove inefficiencies and build scalable solutions.
- Service Scope: Guard the scope of services delivered to clients, ensuring alignment with agreements in contracts, Statements of Work and/or (functional) designs.
- Project Tracking: Track project progress and document key records in systems like Jira, Atlassian, and NetSuite. Ensure a seamless handover to Support Desk colleagues once apps go live.
- Clear Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication on the delivery process, both internally and with customers.
In LOGEX we value hybrid working, but we love to have you in our fantastic office in Amsterdam South, at least 2 days per week.
Your team
You will join a team of 5-6 Consultants and report to a Senior Consultant. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with your multidisciplinary Services team. Our Services teams are integrated within the Customer Office function, which also includes Customer Success and Customer Support. You will work closely with these departments as well.
