Your impact and responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
- Collect and analyze data related to Customer Office metrics, such as customer satisfaction, churn rates, utilization etc.
- Use data modeling and visualization skills to create models, charts and graphs to effectively communicate complex data sets to business stakeholders
- Create dashboards and presentations to communicate results of key KPI’s to measure business performance
- Document existing operational processes, creating detailed process maps and workflows and updating them as processes evolve
- Support the Operations Team as required on a day to day basis
Your team
You will become a member of the Customer Office Operations team. This team creates and maintains the operational heartbeat of the Customer Office, by rolling out operational dashboards, tools and processes across the Customer Office. The team takes a role in leading and planning the organizations strategic direction, and drives accountability across the organization for the execution of the strategic program components. Tracking and monitoring progress and providing visibility across all levels of the organization are key.
Your profile
We trust that the following skills and qualifications will contribute to your success in this position:
- A master’s degree with an operational or quantitative background
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- 2-4 years of relevant working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and emerging analytics techniques
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
