Your impact and responsibilities
At Customer Support Operations, we ensure that users use our solutions successfully. The Support Operations team is the first line of contact with our customers (doctors, nurses, hospital IT and facilities staff, patients, etc.) who have questions about our solutions they are using. 

As a Medior Customer Support Analyst you also have these responsibilities:
  • Leveraging a basic understanding of the wide range of LOGEX products and services, to directly answer to user questions 
  • Probing user questions and getting full clarity on what is needed, in order to get to first time right and complete answers 
  • Leveraging a solid understanding of internal processes, to be able to connect or direct customer questions to the right people and to chase for timely resolution 
  • Establish and maintain a robust knowledge base for internal and external use 
  • Manage the self-service portal, user management and product configuration 
  • Document all client interactions in ticketing system 
  • Following company procedures. 
  • Based on customer interactions, advise service and product teams about process, services or product improvements 
  • Expand in depth domain knowledge and expertise of the healthcare sector to increase your impact on our customers and products 
  • Advise on improved support processes to improve efficiency 
  • Train, guide and support client on how to use our products effectively. 
Your team
You will be part of a central support team within LOGEX supporting multiple products and countries. We are helping clinicians, healthcare providers, regulators, researchers, and life science companies across Europe to use our products and services to achieve their goals.
Your profile
  • We are looking for around 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. technical support, customer support)
  • Preferably you are at the office 2/3 of the time
  • Technically savvy, great interest in software 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with others 
  • Result-oriented, customer-oriented, with a structured way of working and a pragmatic 'can-do' mentality 
  • Analytical and customer-oriented work experience, preferably with a link to healthcare 
  • You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English
