Your impact and responsibilities
  • Develop and implement performance review frameworks and processes to drive employee engagement, development, and performance excellence. 
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify, develop, and retain top talent through effective talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development programs. 
  • Drive the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards, of which leading an international benefits program will be one of your primary projects. 
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand and employee value proposition, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and values. 
  • Guide your team, to ensure the remuneration guidelines are executed timely and correctly, including the annual salary increase cycle and promotion cycle. 
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business leaders on HR matters, including organisational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. 
  • Automate and improve processes continuously. Be an active partner in further shaping and embedding our international company culture.
Your team
A diverse team, consisting of an HR operations team, an HR advisory/L&D team, a recruitment team, a C&B specialist and an HR Happiness officer. The current team is located in Amsterdam and Brno (CZ).
Your profile
You have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on performance management, talent management, and compensation & benefits. 
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful performance review processes and talent management initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive business results. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation. 
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges. 
  • Experience in change management together with enthusiasm for a dynamic and ambitious change environment. 
  • Experience working in the SaaS industry or Healthcare sector is preferred. 
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch or other languages is a plus.
