Your impact and responsibilities
As PF&A Analyst you will: 
  • Take ownership of the numbers: understand drivers behind revenue and cost fluctuations. 
  •  Take ownership of newly implemented BI tools. 
  •  Own the data across systems. 
  •  Communicate and discuss with key stakeholders, such as functional and country leadership, with regards to profitability, cash flow, and the state of financial processes.
  • Desire to be part of a fast-moving, growing business where one has the opportunity to significantly improve current financial processes. 
  • Prepare and report the monthly management reporting, cash flow and operating metrics versus budget.
  • Prepare and analyze (cash flow) forecasts. 
  • Identify opportunities, threats and / or developments that require coordination and based on this point out and advise others.

International and dynamic finance team that is eager to learn.
Your profile
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • SQL experience is a pre.
  • Experience with BI (Tableau) is preferred.
  • Fluent communication in local language and English.
  • Structured way of working, proactive mindset.
